The winning entrant will be awarded with the following:

1. A front row seat riding in the parade in a chauffeured golf cart.

2. Commemorative Palm Desert Golf Cart Parade shirt.

3. Introduction at press conference announcing the theme winner.

4. Recognition in press releases.

RULES

1. Anyone may enter this contest with the exception of the Parade Committee members and their immediate families.

2. Submitted theme may contain from one (1) to ten (10) words.

3. A description of the submitted theme may be used for clarification if desired.

4. Entries must be submitted on this form, a photocopy of this form, or a facsimile thereof.

5. The submitted theme must be in good taste. It must not contain any political, religious, ethnic, sexual, or inappropriate references.

6. Submissions can be made by mail, in person, or by FAX.
